Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the item(s), CMG Motorcycles will provide either a refund minus shipping, handling and any restocking costs or credit note for returns requested within 30 days (from date of your order). CMG Motorcycles offer a credit note on full-priced items while item(s) on sale cannot be returned.

We do not accept returns on gift cards or any items that have been worn or used.

Faulty Claims

In the rare instance you receive items that fail to be of acceptable quality. For faulty items we offer repair, replacement, or credit. Items are deemed to be faulty, if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase. Items that are damaged through wear and tear, accident or misuse are not considered to be faulty.

Claims for items purchased three months or more prior are considered outside the faulty claims period and will be processed at CMG Motorcycles discretion.

Please contact us immediately providing imagery of the issue, and the order number to ride@cmgmotorcycles.co.nz. Our team will then review the information and return with a resolution.

CMG Motorcycles reserves the right to reject returns at our own discretion. In the instance where your item is not accepted, it will be returned to you. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Excessive returns by a single customer will be flagged and potentially refused at CMG Motorcycles's discretion.
